Product details

Pointer type bimetallic thermometerIt is a detection instrument that measures low to medium temperatures and requires automatic temperature control and alarm at the production site. The shock resistant electric contact bimetallic thermometer can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam, and gas media within the range of -80 ℃ to 500 ℃ in various production processes, as well as harsh and vibrating environments.

This thermometer has the characteristics of waterproof, corrosion-resistant, vibration resistant, intuitive, easy to read, mercury free, sturdy and durable in terms of design principles and structure. It is widely used in industries and scientific research departments such as petroleum, chemical, machinery, ships, power generation, textile, printing and dyeing.

  Pointer type bimetallic thermometerMain features:

On site temperature display, intuitive and convenient; Safe and reliable, with a long service life;

Multiple structural forms can meet different requirements.

Mercury free, easy to read, sturdy and shock resistant.

The protective pipe material is 1Gr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and molybdenum titanium, with strong pressure resistance and anti-corrosion ability.

The core pulling thermometer can be maintained or replaced for a short period of time without stopping the machine.

There are a complete range of integrated types including axial, radial, and universal, which are suitable for various on-site installation needs.

  Working principle

The seismic resistant electric contact bimetallic thermometer is composed of bimetallic sheets wound in a circular bending shape. When one end expands due to heat, it drives the pointer to rotate, and the working instrument displays the corresponding temperature value, while preventing environmental vibration. The bimetallic thermometer is filled with silicone oil or separated from the measuring part to achieve shock resistance. Electric contact bimetallic thermometer uses temperature changes to drive contact changes. When it is connected to the upper and lower limit contacts or disconnected, the relay in the circuit is activated to automatically control and alarm.
