describe
working principle:
After the motor is started, it drives the main shaft to rotate through gears and two-stage reduction, and then drives two planetary gear reducers through gears. When the internal gear is not braked, it can rotate freely. The main and auxiliary drums do not rotate under the negative force of the rake bucket and steel wire rope. If the lower right control handle is pressed to brake the right internal gear, the corresponding main drum will rotate and wrap the rope under the drive of the planetary gear and the three star frame, supporting the rake. The auxiliary drum rotates and releases the rope under the traction of the steel wire rope. Release the right wing, press the left handle, and brake the left internal gear. The corresponding auxiliary drum rotates and wraps the rope under the drive of the planetary gear and the three-star frame, dragging the rake bucket back quickly. The main drum lowers the rope under the traction of the steel wire rope, alternately pressing and releasing the left and right handles. The rake bucket then performs reciprocating motion to complete the ore raking work.
