Overview
Pneumatic ball valve is composed of a double (single) acting pneumatic piston actuator and a floating ball valve. It is powered by compressed air, and the valve stem drives the valve core to rotate 90 ° inside the valve body. This product can be divided into soft seal and metal seal according to its sealing performance. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, reliable operation, good sealing, and easy maintenance. Widely used in automatic control systems for industries such as petroleum, chemical, light industry, pharmaceuticals, and papermaking. working principle
When the pneumatic actuator is connected to the circuit and system air source, air enters cylinder A (cylinder B) through pipe A or B to push the piston towards one end, thereby driving the rotating shaft and ball core to rotate 90 °.
The top of the pneumatic actuator is linked with a visual device, and when the green sign points to the word "open", it indicates that the valve is open.
When the green light of the reply signal light is on, the valve is in the open position, and when the red light is on, the valve is in the closed position.
