Using intelligent control and positioning, matched with an electrical valve positioner, the operation can be controlled by inputting 4-20mADC signals and 0.4-0.7MPa gas source, achieving adjustment of parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level. It is powered by compressed air, and the valve stem drives the valve core to rotate 90 degrees inside the valve body to achieve full open close action. This product is divided into metal seals and soft seals based on its sealing performance. It has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, reliable operation, good sealing, easy maintenance, convenient installation, and strong adaptability. Especially suitable for situations where the medium is viscous, contains particles, and has fibrous properties. It can be widely used in automatic control systems for industries such as petroleum, chemical, teaching equipment, light industry, high-voltage equipment, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, etc., for remote centralized control or on-site control.
