The D671 pneumatic explosion-proof butterfly valve produced by Zhongxuda is a rotary control valve. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, and high rated flow coefficient, and is particularly suitable for controlling large-diameter, high flow, thick and turbid slurry or boiler kiln flue gas. There are three types of pneumatic explosion-proof butterfly valves: standard type, high temperature type, and sealed type. Pneumatic explosion-proof butterfly valves have nominal pressure levels of 0.1, 0.25, 0.6, and 1.0 MPa, with diameters ranging from 50mm to 1400mm. They have leakage levels of Class II and characteristics of approximately equal percentages. When switching the pneumatic explosion-proof butterfly valve to manual mode, use the side mounted handwheel mechanism method; Pull out the positioning pin, turn the handle upwards, the worm gear and worm gear mesh, press in the positioning pin, and rotate the handwheel to change the flow cross-section. When manually switching to pneumatic, simply turn the handle in the opposite direction.

4. Low flow resistance and high rated flow coefficient, about three times that of a single seat valve of the same caliber.

5. When the valve plate is in the closed position, there is an initial angle of 10 degrees, so the leakage is small.

6. Sealed butterfly valves have a small leakage due to the presence of a soft material seat.
