1、 Overview of Pneumatic Ceramic Knife Gate Valve

Its feature is to replace the welded hard alloy sealing surface of ordinary gate valves with ceramic sealing surface components. This component consists of a ceramic sealing surface body, a locking device, and a sealing packing.

The ceramic sealing surface body is a right angled trapezoidal cross-section circular ring made of ceramic material, with a conical surface on the outer side. The locking device is annular in shape, with a threaded section on its inner side that connects to the valve seat and disc, and a conical surface that matches the ceramic sealing surface body. The locking device compresses the ceramic sealing surface body and packing onto the valve seat and disc.
