AA/A series metal nozzles are characterized by the hollow conical spray shape, the spray area is annular, and the spray angle is 51 ° -114 °.
This type of nozzle can produce spray with uniform distribution and small to medium droplet size under a wide range of flow rates and pressures. Even under low pressure conditions, AA/A series metal nozzles can effectively atomize liquids and produce good results. This effect is particularly evident in impact applications that require rapid heat exchange or effective suspension of liquid droplets.
The AA/A series metal nozzle has a unique swirl chamber structure, with a large and unobstructed flow channel that can reduce or eliminate blockages.
The AA series metal nozzle has an external threaded joint, while the A series metal nozzle has an internal threaded joint.
