Product Introduction:

The photoelectric direct reading remote gas meter adopts internationally renowned brand gas meters as the base meter, embedded with photoelectric direct reading sensors and driving circuits to achieve remote meter reading and valve control functions. This meter has high measurement accuracy, strong reliability, long service life, and wide applicability. The measuring room adopts a non limit type, with smooth transition achieved at the limit position to ensure smooth operation of the gas meter, light axle load, and low noise. The control system for valve cover movement is used to ensure high measurement accuracy of the gas meter within the flow range, with a tilt of 85 degrees for normal measurement. The structure of the motion transmission system greatly reduces the mechanical pressure loss of the gas meter, and the structure of the valve grille and valve cover ensures accurate measurement of the gas meter at low flow rates. This type of meter complies with and exceeds the requirements of the national standard GB/T 6968-1997, and some of its performance meets the requirements of EN 1359 standard.

Zero error:Using unique encoding technology, the meter reading is instantly powered and the position status of the counter wheel is directly read. After decoding, it is remotely transmitted to the system computer to display the same number as the reading value in the water meter window on the meter reading interface. Difficulties and errors in interpretation occur regardless of time and environment. The system data is exactly the same as the base table data, achieving zero error real-time meter reading.

Passive direct reading:Usually no power supply is required, only power supply is needed at the moment of meter reading, with low failure rate and power consumption, and long service life.

Not affecting the measurement accuracy of the meter: The sensor part of the direct reading meter does not have mechanical contact with the counter and other devices inside the meter, which does not affect the original measurement accuracy and completely solves the problem of measurement accuracy of the direct reading meter.

Electromagnetic compatibility:The EMC test meets the national standard requirements and overcomes the problem of stability of direct reading water meters affected by external electromagnetic interference; And it is not affected by backflow. The electronic module is usually in a non working state and is not affected by whether the system has experienced power outages, faults, interference, or even lightning.
