This generator is based on the principle of permeation method, using permeation tubes with high accuracy and wide range permeability, and adopting advanced temperature and flow control technology. It can generate standard moisture with wide range and high accuracy, and can be used for calibration of various types of dew point and moisture meters. The humidity generator has been used by the military and has applied for a national invention patent (patent application number:. 1). Especially suitable for on-site humidity calibration needs.
