1、 Product Usage:
The scraper is used in the circular sedimentation tank of sewage treatment plants to scrape the sludge settled at the bottom of the tank to the mud pit at the bottom of the tank and skim the floating slag on the surface of the tank to the slag hopper for further treatment.
2、 Product features:
1. Adopting a new hinge support structure improves the load-bearing capacity of the scraper, reduces operating power, and lowers operating costs;
2. Good safety, when encountering large obstacles, the scraper will automatically be equipped with a torque protection device, ensuring high safety performance;
3. The driving device has been optimized and designed with high efficiency. It can use a shaft mounted reducer without the need for a coupling and has a compact structure;
4. The scraper curve adopts a logarithmic spiral type, which has a good scraping effect.
3、 Construction and working process:
The scraper, as shown in Figure 1-2, consists of a main beam, a central support and collector, a driving device, a scraper plate, a skimming device, a guide tube, a slag discharge hopper, and a control cabinet. Driven by the driving device, the main beam rotates around the central axis of the pool, and the scraper fixed on the scraper wall collects the sludge deposited at the bottom of the pool and collects it in the central mud pit of the pool. The scraper curve adopts a logarithmic spiral shape, with uniform force and thorough scraping of mud. When encountering large obstacles at the bottom of the pool, the scraper will automatically release the scraper to protect the machine from damage. The driving device can be equipped with protective devices for safer operation. Electrical control: The start, stop, and operation time of the equipment can be set according to user needs, and it can be equipped with a PLC interface.

4、 Ordering instructions:
1. When a skimming device, effluent weir plate, scum baffle, and effluent tank are required, please specify;
2. Specify equipment material, anti-corrosion, motor and reducer requirements;
3. When placing an order, please provide the civil engineering process diagram of the pool and indicate the detailed dimensions.
