At the same time, the feed liquid is sent by the pump to the centrifugal spray head installed at the top of the drying chamber, and the feed liquid is sprayed into tiny mist droplets, which greatly increases the specific surface area of the feed liquid and hot air. Small droplets and hot air flow together and sink, and the water evaporates rapidly and is dried into granular products in a very short time. They are captured at the bottom of the tower and in the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged to the outside.
