Product details
The mine passive distress system is a rescue system developed to address the phenomenon of valuable rescue time being delayed due to the inability to determine the specific location of trapped personnel after a mining accident occurs. The system monitors the entire mine tunnel through optical cables laid in the mine. When a mining accident occurs, the trapped can convey survival information by tapping the optical cable, and the system will provide the precise location of the trapped to the rescuers to achieve rapid rescue.
Main principles
● Elastic light effect
Optical Time Domain Reflectance Technology
Principles of Optical Interference
Product Features
The underground part of the system does not require power supply, has strong passive and anti-interference properties, is easy to install, and has obvious cost advantages
● Fully functional, integrating the two major functions of calling for help and positioning
Combining image and sound, sound alarm, image positioning, with a small error range
The sensor (mine specific optical cable) of this system has certain mechanical strength, moisture resistance, flame retardancy, and is suitable for complex environments such as mine flooding, collapse, and explosion.
Scope of application
Utilize underground communication optical cables in mines to construct a passive distress system network for mines
Collaborate with companies related to mine communication, personnel positioning, rescue, and other systems to jointly improve the application system
Product features
● Convey survival information by tapping the fiber optic cable sensor
Analyze data to locate personnel and provide rescue information
The effective distance of the system can reach 30Km
