The problem of high voltage switch contact temperature rise has always been a difficult problem to solve, and it has become particularly important to effectively monitor it in real time. Currently, the traditional approach in the market is to use external temperature sensors, use temperature measurement hosts to monitor in real time, and upload them to the monitoring center. With the introduction of the concept of ubiquitous power Internet of Things by the government, this approach appears to be singular at present. Our company proposes a diversified integrated temperature measurement solution, which consists of two parts: sensors and receiving integrated modules. The sensors are installed in the electrical hot spot, and the temperature measurement integrated module can be built into various other electrical primary and secondary monitoring and control devices. When data is received, it can be transmitted to local devices through serial ports and standard Modbus protocol for direct processing, avoiding the need to add equipment to the cabinet and achieving intelligent IoT.
