Particle size analyzerThe main function of LaserNet 220 is particle counting and automatic recognition and classification of abrasive particles. Its particle counting function does not require external verification, and the testing standard follows ASTM D 7596.

2、 Particle counting function (determination of oil contamination level)

1. By directly capturing the morphological characteristics of various solid mechanical particles, the size and quantity of abrasive particles are automatically calculated, and the pollution level of the oil is automatically calculated according to ISO, NAS, and international mainstream pollution evaluation standards.

2. Customizable pollution level (such as automatically calculating pollution level according to China's power industry standards and national military standards).
3. Can measure dark colored fluids (such as deteriorated hydraulic oil, compressor oil, gear oil, etc.).
4. Wide detection range, capable of detecting highly contaminated oil up to ISO4406 level 27.
5. No calibration required, provide contamination level calibration solution certified by the American Standards Institute for daily calibration.
6. Capable of automatically identifying water droplets and bubbles, effectively identifying the impact of water droplets and bubbles in the tested oil sample on the detection results.

3、 Automatic classification of abrasive particles

Automatically classify the abrasive particles in the lubricating oil into metal abrasive particles and non-metal abrasive particles according to the wear reasons of the equipment, and classify the abrasive particles into cutting wear, contact/sliding wear, fatigue wear, etc; Non metallic abrasive particles are mainly divided into fibers, bubbles, water droplets, etc.
Using Lockheed Martin's military intelligent recognition technology, particles are automatically divided into:
1. Cutting wear: There are hard particles in the oil;
2. Contact wear: reduced oil film thickness;
3. Fatigue wear: surface defects;
4. Fiber: Poor quality filter element or damaged filter element;
5. Non metallic: greasy, gelatinous, damaged sealing rings, foreign particles.
