Main structure
This granule packaging scale consists of a weighing unit, a sewing and conveying device, a pneumatic system, a dust removal system, and a quantitative packaging control instrument. Working principle：
When the quantitative particle packaging machine enters automatic operation, the weighing control system opens the feeding door to start feeding. The feeding device of the particle packaging scale has two levels of feeding methods: fast and slow; When the weight of fertilizer particles, plastic particles, seeds, corn, jujube and other granular materials reaches the set value for fast feeding, stop fast feeding and maintain slow feeding; When the weight of the material reaches the final set value, close the feeding door and complete the dynamic weighing process; At this time, the particle packaging scale system checks whether the bag clamping device is in the predetermined state.
