Four workers on site picked up plastic filling bottles with different postures and placed them vertically in the feeding carrier of the salad dressing filling machine to facilitate the subsequent filling process. In this case, plastic bottles with random incoming poses were first sent to the vision system workstation for pose detection. The Burkent series parallel hybrid robot adjusted the end effector to pick up the plastic bottles based on visual recognition information and rotated four or five axes to adjust the pose to the vertical direction. According to the speed of the feeding carrier identified by the filling machine, it was quickly inserted into the carrier.
