working principle:
The electronic cardboard box rupture strength testing machine uses signal transmission pressure. After the sample ruptures, the LED display screen automatically displays the rupture strength value after being processed by the CPU. Place the sample on the adhesive film and clamp it tightly with a test piece clamp. Starting the machine, the pressure generated by the liquid causes the sample and the adhesive film to protrude freely until the sample ruptures. The maximum hydraulic force applied is the explosive strength of the sample.

1、 Operation steps for force correction
1. Input the correct power supply, ensure good grounding of the machine, and prevent damage caused by leakage.
Operate at room temperature.
The machine should be installed on a table with a certain strength.

Place a piece of aluminum foil on the rubber film of the lower pressure plate, rotate the upper pressure plate, and press it tightly until the reading on the pressure gauge is 5Kgf. Lock the positioning rotary disc.
5. Turn on the power (7) and start the motor. At this point, the monitor will automatically open the program. As shown in Figure 2
Press the 'reset' button (4) to reset the monitor to zero. Press the 'Peak' button (2) again to enter the testing mode. As shown in Figure 2
Use your left index finger to lightly touch the aluminum sheet, and hold the operating handle (E) with your right hand to gently press inward. When the left index finger touches the broken aluminum sheet, gently push the operating handle (E) back to the termination position with the right hand.
As shown in Figure 1
At this time, the display shows the maximum value of the fracture force of the sample.
Then press the printer to print the numerical value.

Example 1: The standard value for aluminum foil is 11.61kgf, while the machine displays 12.54kgf.
Machine error=[(11.61-12.54)/11.61] × 100%=-8.01%
If the sample value is 20Kgf, the result should be 20- (20 × 8.01%)=18.4Kgf.
Example 2: The standard value for aluminum foil is 11.61kgf, while the machine displays 10.58kgf.
Machine error=[(11.61-10.58)/11.61 × 100%=+8.87%
If the sample value is 20Kgf, the result should be 20+(20 × 8.87%)=21.74Kgf.
