Spark-500 SF6 gas density relay calibration device is an intelligent and fully automatic SF6 gas density relay calibration device. This instrument adopts single cycle instruction microcomputer technology, with a running speed 20 times faster than ordinary microcontrollers. It can perform on-site verification of SF6 density relays with pointer type contact output and intelligent current output, and use interrupt mode to capture the real-time action of the density relay. Therefore, the instrument measures more accurately and timely. This instrument is a portable calibration device that can perform standard conversion of SF6 gas pressure at any ambient temperature. It can also calibrate SF6 density and pressure gauges.
The SF6 gas pressure at a certain temperature in a closed container can represent the density of SF6 gas. Traditionally, SF6 gas pressure at 20 ℃ is used as the standard value. During on-site verification, the measured pressure values at different ambient temperatures must be converted to their corresponding pressure values at 20 ℃ to determine the performance of SF6 density relays.
