Product Introduction

The packing belt crusher can be used as a heavy-duty plastic crusher, which can crush packing belts containing metal buckles, packing ropes, nylon ropes, polypropylene and other materials. The interior of the machine is welded with a double-layer structure, and the main spindle rotor adopts a slitting straight knife. Users can choose according to the specific needs of the crushed materials when selecting. The size range of the waste packing belt after processing is 3mm-30mm (the screen size can be customized according to requirements).

Working principle

The operating principle of the strapping crusher is mainly driven by an electric motor to rotate the moving blade disc at high speed. During the high-speed rotation of the moving blade, it forms a relative motion trend with the fixed blade. The gap formed between the moving blade and the fixed blade is used to create a cutting edge for plastic crushing and shearing, thereby crushing large pieces of plastic. The crushed strapping is filtered and outputted through a sieve to filter the size of plastic particles, making the entire processing process convenient and labor-saving.
