Type Description
The 8605 digital control electronic component is used to control proportional solenoid valves with a power range of 40-2000 mA. Electronic components convert external standard signals into pulse width modulation (PWM) signals to continuously adjust the opening of proportional valves and fluid output variables (such as flow rate). The internal current control using the duty cycle of the PWM signal as the control variable ensures that each value of the input signal is uniquely associated with a specific value of the effective coil current, regardless of the temperature state of the coil. Through the display screen and control buttons, electronic components can be easily adjusted to adapt to specific proportional valves and application specific conditions. In order to integrate control valves and proportional valves into higher-level control systems, a CAN based controller model (known as b ü S) must be used. Using the B ü rkert communicator software allows for quick and easy parameter setting and configuration of proportional valves. In addition, the b ü S control electronics allow for the integration of shut-off valves into the b ü S/CAN system. Through the integrated time control function, the shut-off valve can be opened or closed for a period of time. This can be used for dosage control and other applications during the filling process. The 8605 model can be optionally equipped with an I/O circuit board. This can connect external sensors or switches. The response of valves to these input signals can be configured (such as two-point control).
