Advantages:

Use 2 or 3 conical twin-screw extruders to produce three-layer or four layer PVC pipes. The core layer of the pipe is made of high calcium PVC or PVC foam material.

Optimization design of PVC three-layer mold, chrome plated runner, highly polished, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant; Special sizing sleeves have fast production speed and good pipe quality.

The cutting tool adopts a rotating clamping device to adapt to different pipe diameters, avoiding the trouble of frequent fixture replacement. Equipped with a new adjustable floating chamfering mechanism that can be adjusted according to pipe diameter and wall thickness. Adjust the chamfer size and cut the chamfer in one go. Closed vacuum device has better chip suction effect.
