PVC Grinding Machine (SMW Series Small Vertical Plastic Grinding Machine)

Our factory has absorbed advanced foreign technology to develop PVC grinding machines (SMW series small vertical plastic grinding machines). Mainly used in the field of hard PVC recycling, such as the recycling of defective PVC pipes, profiles, sheets, and corner residues.

• The use of Feng Shui dual cooling can directly cool materials, blades, and tooth plates, and this machine is also cooled by strong winds, which can significantly reduce the temperature inside the machine and facilitate the grinding of thermosensitive plastics.

• In the high-speed rotating airflow of the cutterhead, the material is thrown towards the toothed plate due to centrifugal force, and is crushed by collision and friction between the blade and the toothed plate.

• Fine powder is discharged with the airflow, while coarse particles close to the toothed plate cannot be eliminated due to the obstruction of the baffle and continue to be crushed until they become powder and are discharged with the wind.

• 20-100 mesh adjustable and easy to adjust.

The machine is our latest self-developed grinding mill, This pulverizer is high speed, turbo-type grinders for the processing of medium hard, impact resistant and friable materials, for example PVC、PS and so on. Double cooling of wind & water can may cool down the temperature of material, blade and tooth-shaped plate.

• This machine has applied strong wind cooling, which can apparently reduce internal temperature of the machine.

• This is good for grinding heat sensitive tooth shaped plate.

• Fine powder exits with the air flow, those coarse powder which is near the tooth shaped plate can not exit due to block of the blocking bar until they are ground into fine powders.

• The powder mesh is adjustable (20-100 mesh).
