Concrete is often subjected to sulfate environment and coupled with wet dry cycle conditions in practical environments. Sulfate erosion coupled with wet dry cycle conditions causes rapid damage to concrete. Therefore, this test method is applicable to the sulfate resistance test of concrete subjected to sulfate erosion in wet dry cycle environments, especially for concrete with higher strength grades.
The wet dry cycle testing machine produced by our company adopts compressor refrigeration, and uses computers to achieve fully automatic control of the instrument, data acquisition and processing, as well as display and print output of the thermal curve. The measurement cycle is variable, the response is timely, the data is accurate, the degree of automation is high, and the noise is low. Can meet the requirements of sulfate resistance testing for departments such as colleges and universities, construction, design, and inspection centers.

Product features:
1. Adopting 304 stainless steel inner liner, effectively preventing corrosion;
2. The water cycle uses materials with non flammability, high strength, resistance to climate change, and excellent geometric stability, which have strong resistance to oxidants, reducing agents, and strong acids. Ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
3. The refrigeration part adopts imported compressors for refrigeration, with stable performance, long continuous working time, high refrigeration efficiency, and power-off delay protection, which will not cause damage to the compressor due to frequent start stop.

7. The control method is PID control, with a control accuracy of 0.02 °. The PID parameters are adjusted through software self-tuning to ensure tracking accuracy.
8. Independently developed industrial control software, easy to operate and maintain. The software is developed using Visual Basic6.0, with real-time data storage and the ability to continue after power failure. The interface is intuitive, easy to operate, and can be remotely maintained.
9. Adopting RS-232C standard serial communication, it can synchronously collect experimental data. Store data directly in Excel format, which is easy to process. The device can operate independently of the computer.
