The single screw volumetric feeder of the automation system can be used for feeding large, small particles and powders with good flowability.
According to the different materials, the single screw volumetric feeder has many interchangeable screws to choose from. The feeder is installed on a painted steel base, and all parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel. The feeder is easy to disassemble, clean or replace components. The unique patented design of the spherical hopper ensures that materials flow evenly from all directions into the screw, effectively preventing material accumulation. Horizontal mixing further improves the flow of materials towards the screw propulsion section, making feeding more precise.
The feeding screw is selected based on the characteristics of the material. The following table shows the empirical values of the feeding range (applicable to materials with good fluidity). For those located at both ends of the feeding range, it is recommended to test and select the appropriate screw.
