① Product Structure and Features:
1. Unloading with hanging bags results in low labor intensity and high efficiency. Adopting frequency conversion control, the startup is smooth and the separation factor is adjustable. Configure an online cleaning system that can clean invisible parts inside the centrifuge, such as the inner wall of the centrifuge shell, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, and the surface of the collection tank, ensuring cleanliness requirements and complying with GMP standards.
2The machine base and casing are welded together as a whole, with high load-bearing strength. The machine base is a flat plate structure, which lowers the center of gravity of the machine and reduces the installation space. The flat plate base can also be used as an operating platform, making it more convenient to operate.
3Configure liquid or rubber damping shock absorbers to effectively eliminate vibration and simplify daily maintenance.
4Flip cover of the shell, equipped with feeding tube, washing tube, observation mirror, and lighting hole. The structural design is reasonable and effectively eliminates hygiene blind spots.
