The PR P/S WH and ZS/S VVH pneumatic high-pressure differential butterfly valves are composed of a PR type pneumatic light small angle actuator and a flange type high-pressure differential butterfly valve The light and small angular actuator is designed with two pistons in one cylinder, which move in opposite directions. Its thrust is synchronously transmitted to the central gear through the rack to form torque, driving the valve shaft to rotate; This type of actuator has a compact structure, high output torque, smooth and reliable transmission, and long service life.

The ZSWH butterfly valve is composed of a ZS type single acting piston actuator (spring return type) combined with a crank and a high-pressure differential butterfly valve, while the SWH butterfly valve is composed of an S-type double acting piston actuator combined with a crank and a high-pressure differential butterfly valve; They are used in places with larger diameters or higher working pressure differentials.

This butterfly valve adopts a three eccentric butterfly plate, which is sealed with a pressed metal elastic sealing ring and the conical surface of the valve body. It not only improves the pressure resistance, but also has a leakage level of up to V when closed, which can be used as a shut-off valve; It overcomes the main weakness of the butterfly valve; It still retains the advantages of simple structure, light weight, reliable use, and high flow capacity of butterfly valves, making it an economical and practical new type of regulating cut-off product, suitable for high-pressure differential systems such as gasifier synthesis gas venting.
