
1、 Overview
The PR P/S WF pneumatic corrosion-resistant butterfly valve is composed of a PR type pneumatic light and small angle actuator and an unbranded corrosion-resistant butterfly valve; The SWF pneumatic corrosion-resistant butterfly valve is driven by an S-shaped pneumatic piston type linear actuator through a crank mechanism to rotate the butterfly valve. These two types of actuators have compact structures, high output torque, smooth and reliable transmission, and long service life.
The inner surface of the corrosion-resistant butterfly valve is lined with corrosion-resistant plastic or rubber, the outer surface of the valve plate is coated with corrosion-resistant material, and the valve seat is also made of plastic, making it an ideal corrosion-resistant soft seal structure; In addition to the advantages of simple structure, high flow capacity, and lightweight of ordinary butterfly valves, it also has the following features:
1. Capable of withstanding corrosion from various acids, alkalis, and gasifying agents.
2. The valve seat can be made into a flexible structure, which can compensate for temperature changes and achieve a leakage level of VI when closed.
3. The valve plate adopts a two eccentric structure, which quickly disengages from the valve seat when opened, reduces friction, and extends the working life.
Due to these characteristics, this butterfly valve is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, light industry, and pharmaceuticals to control various corrosive media.
