Corrosion resistant O-shaped ball valve, with high-pressure injection molding process used for the inner cavity of the valve body and the inner and outer surfaces of the ball body, lined with perfluoroalkoxy (F46), with a thickness of 2.5-3mm; The valve seat is made of tetrafluoroethylene, which can resist the corrosion of various acids, alkalis, oxidants and aging. Therefore, the corrosion resistant ball valve is named (also known as plastic lined O-shaped ball valve).

Due to its corrosion resistance and advantages such as low resistance and high leakage level, the O-shaped ball valve is widely used in industrial sectors such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, and medicine to control various highly corrosive media. It is often used as a shut-off valve and can also be used for proportional adjustment if equipped with a valve positioner.
