The PR light small angle actuator is designed with two pistons in one cylinder, and its thrust is transmitted to the central gear through the rack to form torque, driving the output shaft to rotate; This type of actuator has a compact structure, high output torque, smooth and reliable transmission, and long service life. The high-pressure differential O-ring ball valve adopts a fixed ball structure, and can be selected as a ball front seal, ball back seal, or ball front and back double seal structure according to the needs. Its main features are as follows:

1. Smooth and unobstructed, it is one of the valves with the highest flow capacity.

When the valve is closed, the valve seat and spherical surface form a shearing action, which can cut off fibers and squeeze out particles, so it can control slurry media containing hard particles, such as cement mortar, mineral mortar, etc.

3. It can work at higher temperatures and has a leakage level of up to level VI.

Due to its high pressure resistance, it is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, and gas to control high-temperature and high-pressure media, often serving as a shut-off valve for self-control systems; Used as an oxygen shut-off valve on the coal water slurry gasifier.
