Corrosion resistant magnetic flap level gauge is suitable for measuring the liquid level of underground storage tanks, tanks or pools with corrosive media. It is divided into the following forms for customers to choose from according to different media, temperature, pressure and other conditions. Users can use remote transmitters according to engineering needs, which can achieve local digital display and output standard remote transmission electrical signals of 4-20mA. It can be matched with various systems and can also be used with magnetostrictive level transmitters to meet the needs of recording instruments or industrial process control. It can also be used in conjunction with magnetic control switches or proximity switches to monitor liquid level alarms or control inlet and outlet equipment.

The magnetic float level gauge (also known as the magnetic flap level gauge) is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the magnetic float in the liquid level gauge body tube also rises or falls accordingly. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the magnetic flip column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it changes from red to white. The red white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, thus achieving clear indication of the liquid level.
