Working principle of boiler flue gas desulfurization tower:
The flue gas enters the desulfurization tower through the bottom air inlet, and due to the guiding effect of the tower plate blades, it rotates and rises. The slurry flowing down from each plate is sprayed into fine droplets of tens of microns on the tower plate, causing a sharp increase in the contact area between gas and liquid (several hundred to thousands of times larger than that of a water film dust collector). Droplets are rotated by the airflow, generating centrifugal force that strengthens the gas-liquid mixtureThe contact between them,after thatThrow it onto the tower wall and flow down along the wall. Due to the good gas-liquid contact conditions provided inside the tower, SO2 in the gas is effectively absorbed (desulfurized) by alkaline liquids.
