Product Features
★ Sanitary, non chemical, and belongs to green building materials. PP-R raw materials belong to polyolefins, whose molecules are only composed of carbon and hydrogen elements, and their hygiene performance is reliable.
★ Easy and reliable installation: Adopting homogeneous hot melt connection, a joint connection can be completed in a short time, making installation convenient and time-saving.
★ Thermal insulation and energy saving: The thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.24W/m.k, which is only one two hundredth of that of metal pipes, and is used for extremely low heat loss in hot water pipelines.
★ Lightweight and high specific strength: with a specific gravity of about one eighth of steel pipes, it has high strength in pressure tests, good toughness, and excellent impact resistance.
The inner and outer walls of the product are smooth, the flow resistance is low, and the energy consumption of the fluid conveying system is low.
★ High heat resistance: The normal working temperature for transporting water is 70 ℃ for long-term use, and the high temperature resistance can reach 95 ℃ for short-term use.
★ Corrosion resistant and non scaling: It can prevent pipeline scaling and blockage, as well as the appearance of yellow spots and rust on water basins and bathtubs.
★ Long service life: The normal service life can reach more than 50 years.
Product application scope
★ Hot and cold water pipeline system.
Heating system, including floor and wall panel heating and radiant heating system.
★ Purified water pipeline system.
★ Central (centralized) air conditioning system
pipeline connection
After piping, mark the insertion depth of the pipe at the insertion end.
★ Clean the connection end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected. The heating parameters should meet the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
After reaching the heating time, immediately remove the pipe and fittings at the same time, and quickly insert them in a straight line without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
After welding is completed, put on the pipe cover.
The pipes and fittings are completely fused together, creating a truly perfect fit.
