Product Introduction
PF/FP polypropylene plastic corrosion-resistant pump is a corrosion-resistant plastic centrifugal pump with small volume, high efficiency, beautiful shape, and reasonable structure.
The self-priming function of PF/FP polypropylene plastic corrosion-resistant pump overcomes the fatal disadvantages of plastic pumps caused by water interruption, lack of water intake, and seal heating and burning of plastic parts, greatly improving the service life of the pump.
PF/FP polypropylene plastic corrosion-resistant pump overcurrent components are made of ABS, PP and other plastics, suitable for industries such as food water purification and chemical engineering. For decades, it has been a necessary supporting equipment for water treatment and chemical industries. Our company adheres to high-quality products and continuously improves product performance, which has been well received and favored by a wide range of users. We welcome more new and old customers to inquire and place orders.
FP energy-saving and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump, FP (Z) self-priming pump, using polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and reinforced polypropylene (CFR-PP) one-time injection molding. High mechanical strength, strong corrosion resistance, and unique scientific structure of self-priming pumps. The pump chamber is equipped with a suction chamber, a storage chamber, a return check valve, a gas-liquid separation chamber, and a return hole. Just need to inject the liquid before the first opening, and there is no need to repeat the injection in the future. When suctioning the medium, the liquid can be intermittent. Within 15 minutes of interruption, the liquid can continue to be suctioned. The mechanical seal does not require additional cooling water, and is easy to operate, safe, and leak free. It is an ideal product to replace the submersible pump.
PVDF material: Good airtightness, non-toxic, pollution-free, anti oxidative and anti-aging, good mechanical properties, resistant to strong oxidants, halogens, aromatic solvents, working temperature -40~120 ℃.
CFR-RP material: non-toxic, non polluting, resistant to general acid, alkali and salt, working temperature -14~80 ℃
Product Features
It has the advantages of small size, light weight, simple structure, convenient use, high efficiency, and low price. The inner cavity of the pump body is smooth, the impeller is closed, and two types of mechanical seals and rubber ring seals are used. The entire shaft is made of stainless steel and connected with a sleeve.
application
Mainly used for transporting corrosive liquids such as acids, bases, salts, etc., but not for transporting chemicals that have a significant effect on engineering plastics, such as aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated derivatives of fatty hydrocarbons, ketones, and concentrated acids and bases.

| 1. PF/FP polypropylene plastic corrosion-resistant pumps should be installed horizontally, and the pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special requirements for vertical installation, the motor must be facing upwards. 2. The pump body must be filled with water before use. When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve. 3. Before starting the motor, check whether its rotation direction is consistent with the pump direction mark. 4. The conveyed medium and temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see attached table). The operating temperature of plastic chemical pumps should be ≤ 60 ℃, the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃, and the ambient temperature should be ≤ 40 ℃. |

1. The suction pipe diameter is too small 2. Impeller channel blockage 3. Head too high 4. There is air leakage in the suction pipeline 5. Damaged impeller |
1. Replace the liquid inlet 2. Clean the impeller 3. Turn up the outlet valve 4. Eliminate air leakage 5. Replace the impeller |
|
Low head
|
1. Excessive traffic 2. The speed is too low |
1. Turn down the outlet valve 2. Restore rated speed |
|
Low noise level
|
1. There are debris inside the pump 2. Friction between rotating parts and fixed parts 3. Severe wear of the shaft |
1. Check and clean 2. Adjust the gap 3. Replace the pump shaft |
|
Leakage of liquid
|
1. Loose fixing screws of pump casing 2. Severe wear of mechanical seal |
1. Tighten the screws 2. Replace the mechanical seal |
