YD/NDJ-1APET Plastic Particle High Temperature Viscometer PET Resin Viscosity Tester Details:
PET Plastic Particle High Temperature Viscometer PET Resin Viscosity TesterYD/NDJ-1A main features:
YD/NDJ-1A High Temperature Melt Viscosity Measuring Instrument
(1) No manual calculation is required, and the viscosity value of the tested sample can be directly displayed on the instrument's display screen;
(2) Equipped with a sample adapter for measuring low-dose samples, only a sample volume of 20ml is required to use the sample adapter;
(3) Temperature probe can be selected to measure the temperature of the tested sample in real time, with a temperature measurement accuracy of 0.1 ℃;
(4) Adopting a 16 bit microcomputer processor as the core, the stepper motor with high subdivision drive and LCD backlight display;
(5) Adopting program-controlled motor control, changes in mains frequency do not affect measurement accuracy;
(6) There is an RS232 interface (or optional USB 2.0 interface) that can output data and connect to external devices;
(7) The standard data processing software can record in real-time the changes in sample viscosity with time, speed, rotor (shear rate), and temperature, providing a good analytical method for understanding the viscosity and rheological properties of non Newtonian liquids.
The standard configuration of this viscometer includes an electric heating furnace and temperature control device, specifically designed for products such as asphalt adhesive, hot melt adhesive, polyethylene wax, etc. that require heating to become liquid. The device adopts high-performance microcontroller control, with fast heating, precise temperature control, and very convenient use. Has the following characteristics:
(1) Adopting high-performance single-chip microcomputer control, PID regulation, and self-tuning control technology, with high temperature control accuracy and short stability time;
(2) It has a break protection function to prevent the instrument from losing control;
(3) There is an upper limit over temperature alarm function that can be set by oneself. If it exceeds the range, an immediate alarm will be triggered;
(4) All parameters are displayed clearly on the large LCD screen;
(5) The instrument works stably, heats up quickly, and controls temperature accurately.

Attachment: Introduction to Viscometer Data Processing Software
There are two types of liquids: Newtonian liquids and non Newtonian liquids. The viscosity of Newtonian liquids is only related to temperature and decreases with increasing temperature. The viscosity of non Newtonian liquids is not only related to temperature, but also to shear rate, time, and changes in shear thinning or thickening. Pure liquids and solutions of low molecular weight substances belong to Newtonian liquids; Most liquids, such as polymer solutions, colloidal solutions, emulsions, suspensions, ointments, and heterogeneous solid-liquid systems, flow as non Newtonian liquids.
1. Automatically collect changes in viscosity and generate rheological curves in real time;
2. Curves and data can be accessed and printed;
3. It can test the viscosity values at different speeds or rotors (different shear rates), that is, the shear rate variation curve;
4. It can test the viscosity value at the same speed or rotor (with the same shear rate), that is, the time variation curve;
5. Can test viscosity values at different temperatures, i.e. temperature change curves;
6. Various curves measured can automatically provide viscosity corresponding to different times;
