PC40B type insulation resistance tester (high resistance meter)
1. Overview
Insulation resistance testerSuitable for measuring insulation resistance of insulation materials, electrical products, and various electronic components; After being matched with a constant temperature water tank (tank), it is also possible to measure the insulation resistance of plastic wires and cables (without shielding layer) at different temperatures. This instrument has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, stable performance, and easy operation.

3. Instrument structure and working principle
3.1 Structure
It consists of a DC high-voltage testing power supply, a discharge testing device, a high impedance DC amplifier, a power supply, and a display.
3.2 Working principle
The insulation resistance tester is mainly used for high resistance testing. During testing, the test sample is connected in series with the input resistor "Ro" of the high impedance DC amplifier and across the DC high voltage test power supply. The high impedance DC amplifier amplifies the divided voltage signal on its input resistor and outputs it to the display, which directly reads the measured insulation resistance value.
