1、 Product Overview

The PC-3A-2 portable laser inhalable dust continuous tester is a high-performance instrument that introduces imported laser technology to quickly and accurately measure respiratory dust particles (PM2.5PM10). This instrument has the characteristics of fast, accurate and stable testing, simple operation, easy maintenance, no noise pollution, and dual-use of AC and DC. This instrument is a portable direct reading measuring instrument using light scattering method. It has the advantages of fast testing speed, high sensitivity, good stability, light weight, low noise, simple operation, and dual-use of AC and DC. Especially suitable for measurement in situations without external power supply.
This instrument is a new generation of intelligent measuring instrument for real-time and rapid measurement of inhalable particulate matter concentration in the air by disease control centers, health supervision, environmental monitoring and other departments. Suitable for real-time monitoring by departments such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, health supervision, and environmental testing.
2、 Measurement principle
This instrument is designed according to the Chinese health industry standard: "Method for determination of inhalable particulate matter (PM2.5PM10) in the air of public places - Light scattering method" (WS/T 206-2001). This instrument consists of sensors and data processors assembled together. The sensor is a key component for data acquisition in this instrument. The principle of this component is to convert a laser beam through a set of non spherical mirrors into a fine measurement beam with uniform power density distribution. A scattered light collection lens group with a front focal point on the beam trajectory and a rear focal point on a photoelectric converter is located in front of the beam trajectory. When a flowing sampling air passes through the intersection of the laser beam and the front focal point of the scattered light collection lens group, the dust particles in the air emit scattered light corresponding to their physical size. The scattered light is collected by the optical lens and received by the photoelectric conversion device at the rear focal point, and converted into corresponding electrical signals. The sampling gas inlet of the sensor is located at the top of the instrument. The power source for collecting air is a brushless DC fan. The data processor separates the large particles from the electrical signals collected by the sensors through an electronic cutter, and then converts them into humidity, mass concentration, and other parameters using a microprocessor. The results are displayed, stored, or printed on an LED monitor.
