After digestion and innovation by our technical personnel, we have launched a new generation of shielded pump. This product improves the electromagnetic core technology on the basis of the original, enhances the fluid motion state, improves the pump efficiency, and takes the comprehensive performance indicators to a higher level. The product is also more ideal. The latest series of new products has been launched to adapt to the domestic market demand by applying the shielding technology of motors to the field of fluid transportation.
The performance parameters of PBG shielded pump series basically comply with the provisions of international standard IS02858 and national standard JB/T6878.2-93. It has significant characteristics such as design specifications, high universality, reasonable structure, stable performance, low noise operation, and no vibration, making it an ideal product to replace conventional horizontal centrifugal pumps and vertical pipeline pumps.
PBG Vertical Shielded Centrifugal Pump - Product Features
1. The shielded pump has a compact structure, integrated pump and machine, and small volume. Its vertical structure has a small installation footprint, smooth operation, and no need for adjustment during installation.
2. The inlet and outlet of the pump are designed with flanges of the same specifications and located on the same centerline. They can be directly installed on the pipeline like valves, with a low center for easy pipeline layout and installation.
3. The pump is coaxial with the motor, with a short axial dimension, making the pump run more smoothly and with low noise.
4. Replacing conventional motor rolling bearings with sliding bearings enables the pump to operate smoothly with extremely low vibration and noise.
5. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply remove the connecting nut to extract all rotor components for inspection and maintenance.
6. The series and parallel operation of the pump can be carried out according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
PBG type vertical shielded centrifugal pump - working conditions
The medium must be a fluid that is soft water, thin, non solidifying, non flammable, and free of solid particles and fibers.
PBG typepumpThe medium temperature shall not exceed 90 ℃, and the medium temperature of PBGR pump shall not exceed 160 ℃.
In general, the working pressure of the system should not exceed 1.2MPa, and the inlet pressure should not be less than 0.05MPa. In special circumstances, the company should be contacted in advance.
The maximum pressure of the PBG shielded pump system is 1.6Mpa, which means that the suction pressure of the water pump plus the pump head is ≤ 1.6Mpa. Material (material design can also be customized according to user needs).
