Working principle
Coulomb electric quantity method.
Oxygen with a certain humidity or dryness flows on one side of the material, while high-purity nitrogen (carrier gas) flows at a fixed flow rate on the other side; The difference in oxygen concentration on both sides of the sample drives oxygen to permeate from the oxygen side to the nitrogen side of the sample; The permeated oxygen is carried by nitrogen (carrier gas) to the coulomb meter micro oxygen sensor; Sensors measure the oxygen content of the carrier gas and calculate parameters such as the oxygen permeation rate of the sample.
