










The working principle of the spray cooling equipment is to use the high-pressure plunger pump to raise the water pressure to a certain pressure, and then atomize the pressurized water through the high-pressure resistant transmission pipeline by a professional nozzle to produce micro fog particles, so that it can quickly absorb heat from the air to complete gasification and diffusion, thus completing the purpose of air cooling and humidification.
Atomizing nozzle of spray cooling equipment: the core part is made of titanium alloy material and has its own pressure limiting starting valve, and the shell is made of copper or stainless steel material, which has the characteristics of fine spray, no wear, small pressure loss, anti clogging, no dripping, etc. The host of the spray cooling system adopts an industrial plunger pump, which can operate continuously for 24 hours. The nozzle and water mist distributor have no power and vulnerable parts, and will not be damaged in a high dust environment. The humidification capacity is large and the nozzles can be freely combined. The humidification rate can be infinitely adjusted from 5kg/h to 900kg/h. The water in the spray cooling system is sealed and non recycled, which will not lead to the propagation of bacteria.

Spray cooling equipment is an electromechanical product composed of water filtration, water temperature control (optional), water level control, constant pressure water supply, multi pipeline water delivery, intelligent instrument humidity control, etc. Tap water is filtered and sent to the water tank, which is equipped with an upper and lower water level control system; Purified water enters the high-pressure pump, high-pressure pipeline and nozzle to form a high-pressure spray system. The high-pressure water pump is driven by a motor, and the humidity control system is composed of intelligent instruments, humidity sensors and high-pressure solenoid valves.
