2、 Working principle
Organic fertilizer round polishing machine is a multi-layer continuous organic fertilizer particle polishing and shaping equipment. A large cylinder is fixed at the top of the frame, and the upper end of the large cylinder has a cover. There is a large turntable at the lower part of the large cylinder, which is connected to the frame by a vertical shaft and two bearings. The lower end of the vertical shaft is connected to the output shaft of the motor through a reducer or pulley. The upper part of the vertical shaft extends into the large cylinder and is fixedly connected to the large turntable through a flange. The outer edge of the large turntable is in sliding contact with the inner wall of the large cylinder. There is a discharge chute connected to one side of the large cylinder and under the large turntable. The raw material particles enter the round throwing machine and then enter the next round throwing machine or feeder through one side of the discharge port, while the powder is discharged through the discharge chute under the large turntable.

5、 Installation, debugging, and maintenance
1. Installation:
The machine is directly placed on a horizontal cement floor, and the belt conveyor for transporting materials should be aligned with the inlet and outlet ports.
2. Debugging:
After the installation of the round throwing machine is completed, it is necessary to first check whether all components are fastened, whether there is friction between the turntable and the cylinder, and then conduct a no-load test. The machine relies on the rapid rotation of the throwing disc to round the particles. There are no requirements in the direction of rotation, but there should be no vibration during the test, and the temperature of each bearing should rise steadily. When the test stops, the temperature of each component should not exceed 50 ℃.
3. Maintenance and upkeep:
The lubricating oil for the bearing should be replaced every three months, and the model is No. 3 calcium based grease lubricating oil.

6、 Instructions for use
1. When turning on the machine, pay attention to whether there is any abnormal noise. If there is, immediately turn off the power and wait for the cause to be identified before turning it back on.
When starting up, the machine behind the circular throwing machine should be turned on first, and then the circular throwing machine should be turned on after it is running, and then the feeding system should be started; When shutting down, the feeding system should be turned off first, and the machine power should be turned off after the materials inside the machine have been discharged. Reverse operation is strictly prohibited.
3. It is strictly prohibited to start the machine with load.
