CL500Introduction to Online Chlorine Analyzer
The CL500 continuous online chlorine analyzer is used to measure free residual chlorine and total residual chlorine. The colorimetric DPD (N, N-diethyl-phenylenediamine) chemical colorimetric analysis method used in CL500 has been proven to be a method for measuring free residual chlorine and total residual chlorine. Without wear and tear on pumps or mixing components, CL500 provides reliable operation with low maintenance.
The sampling period of CL500 is set from 90 seconds to 10 minutes, and users can choose to save the sampling settings of reagents. Small capacity reagents and sample rooms can save reagent costs and reduce water consumption. The detachable sample cup is easy to clean and maintain, and the sample chamber can be seen. During sampling, the condition of the sample cup can be clearly observed.
The CL500 provides a programmable 4-20mA output signal, which can be used by the GL500 data logger to generate reports or control chemical feeding systems. There are also two user selectable high/low limit relays that can trigger the AD200 automatic dialer or local alarm system for system failures. The CL500 shell occupies a small space and is made of NEMA 4X corrosion-resistant material (waterproof rating IP66), making it easy to install almost anywhere.
