Product Introduction
Equipment functions
This device can achieve two fiber optic outputs, and the two fibers can be switched through optical gates to achieve time-sharing output. Guided by optical fibers and welding heads to two welding stations, the two welding head positions are controlled by time-sharing and matched with fixtures to achieve workpiece welding in sequence.
Equipment workflow
1. Manually clamp the sample at welding station 1.
2. Welding head 1 emits light, and the fixture at workstation 1 drives the sample to rotate and weld.
3. After the welding at workstation 1 is completed, the laser switches to workstation 2 for welding, and workstation 1 performs manual loading and unloading, waiting for the next welding.
4. After the welding at workstation 2 is completed, the laser switches to workstation 1 for welding again, and workstation 2 performs manual loading and unloading, waiting for the next welding.
