1. Perform quantitative or qualitative analysis anytime, anywhere. Using direct reading infrared spectrometer (DIR) technology to directly quantitatively analyze various state indicators of lubricating oil, and to directly detect the degree of pollution, decay, and cross contamination of synthetic oil or mineral oil. The key parameters for measurement include: T A N 、TBN、 Oxidation degree, nitrification degree, sulfurization degree, additive loss, lubricant validation, micro water, residual carbon, ethylene glycol, and fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) in biodiesel.
2. Solid state waveguide optical system technology=higher reproducibility+higher reliability. The optical wedge design fixes its spectral band within a specific range for oil analysis, with reproducibility and repeatability comparable to ASTM E2412 (desktop FTIR spectroscopy detection standard). The accuracy of TAN or TBN meets the requirements of ASTM D4739 and D664 standards (titration detection standards). In addition, infrared spectroscopy technology also has higher reproducibility. The waveguide technology reduces the interference of celestial electricity to a minimum and improves the detection accuracy of the spectrometer.
3. A small amount of oil sample+no need for solvents=higher return on investment. The testing process only requires a small amount of oil sample (1-2 drops), using flip top without any solvents, making it an ideal equipment for on-site analysis of oil products.
