1、 Introduction

Oil spectrum analyzerSpectrOil M N-W is the military version of the SpectrOil M series oil spectrometer family. It is a compact, sturdy, durable, easy to transport, and user-friendly spectrometer specifically designed to analyze the content of wear metals, pollutants, and additive elements in lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and coolant. This spectrometer adopts the proven rotating disk electrode (RDE) technology over time and practice, which is used to measure the elemental content of dissolved and suspended particles in crude oil, synthetic petroleum products, and antifreeze. It has been tested and certified by the Joint Oil Analysis Program (JOAP) of the US Department of Defense and serves as their only recognized oil spectrometer.

3、 Characteristics of oil spectrometer

Unlike other models of SpectrOil spectrometers such as MCW, MFW, or 100 series spectrometers, SpectrOil M N-W uses special consumables and standards to ensure the correlation between test data and all historical and JOAP current data. To ensure data integrity, the graphite rod electrodes, disk electrodes, calibration solvents, and calibration procedures used for testing are all approved by JOAP.
