1. Product Introduction
The YND dual axis oil sludge dryer not only heats the outer shell, but also heats the internal rotor, greatly increasing the drying area, improving thermal efficiency, and ensuring thorough drying of materials. The machine is designed with two or more rotors embedded in the shell with a jacket, and each rotor is equipped with multiple blades that push the material forward. The heating medium enters the hollow rotary shaft through a rotating joint installed at the end of the rotary shaft for heat transfer and drying, and then discharges the condensed water outside the machine through the rotating joint. The equipment has the following characteristics:
1. Low energy consumption: Due to indirect heating and closed operation, there is no large amount of air carried away to remove heat. The outer wall of the dryer is also equipped with a jacket and insulation layer, resulting in low heat loss and high drying efficiency.
2. The dryer system has low cost: multiple shafts are embedded together, the heat transfer area is large, and the equipment size is small.
3. Common media include saturated steam, thermal oil, hot water, high-temperature flue gas, etc.
4. Low operating costs: simple structure, low maintenance costs, few vulnerable parts, stable operation.
