Operation steps
(1) Connect the device to the power supply. This device uses a 220V power input, and the output drum motor is 380V. The powder spreading motor is 220V. (2) Start the drum motor, and the drum will slowly start to normal speed. Start the powder spreading motor and the powder spreading device starts working. (3) The raw materials that need to be mixed for seasoning are slowly and continuously fed into the seasoning machine (4) through the feeding port using a conveyor or manual operation. The powder spraying motor is turned on to evenly spray the seasoning into the drum; (5) Check all operating parts and confirm that they are functioning properly before starting work. (6) If the speed is too high, you can rotate the frequency converter knob to the left. The speed can be slowed down, and the low speed cannot be lower than 70% of the high speed. (7) If the material moves forward too quickly in the drum, the drum slope can be reduced, and if it is too slow, the drum slope can be increased.
Working principle
The material falls into the drum and is carried by the mixing blade to move upwards, falling from above and mixing with seasoning powder. During the operation, there is always seasoning in the powder spreading box. If insufficient seasoning is found, it should be added in a timely manner.
