QE Pro is a highly sensitive spectrometer suitable for low light applications such as fluorescence measurement, DNA sequencing, and Raman analysis. The thin back illuminated CCD detector of QE Pro has high quantum efficiency, and its robust design gives it high signal-to-noise ratio performance and stability. The measurement of dark noise can be optimized by selecting an internal shutter.
