Product details
The OPA-200 metal in-situ analyzer was successfully developed with the support of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. It is the world's first rapid analysis instrument that can quantitatively analyze the composition and state distribution of metal materials over a large area. It has four basic functions: element segregation analysis, quantitative analysis and distribution analysis of inclusions, analysis of metal surface porosity, and composition analysis. Compared with traditional techniques, it has significant characteristics of simple sample preparation, accurate quantification, and fast analysis speed.
Working principle
Original Position Analysis (OPA) is a technique for analyzing the chemical composition and structure of the analyzed object in its original state. In a large area of metal materials, spark spectroscopy single discharge digital analysis technology is used to directly amplify and high-speed data acquisition the spectral signals generated by spark discharge without pre ignition and continuous scanning excitation, in order to obtain the chemical composition and content of the original state and surface structure information at different positions on the sample surface, and thus achieve quantitative analysis of the sample's composition and state.Online inquiry
