1. Scope of analysis
Oxygen: Low oxygen: 0.0001% to 0.5%; High oxygen: 0.5% to 20%
Nitrogen: low nitrogen: 0.0001% to 0.5%; High nitrogen: 0.5% to 50%
Hydrogen: Low hydrogen: 0-0.005%; High hydrogen: 0-0.1%
Note: Changing the sample size can alter the measurement range
2. Analysis accuracy
Oxygen: 0.1ppm or RSD ≤ 1.0%
Nitrogen: 0.1ppm or RSD ≤ 1.0%
Hydrogen: 0.1ppm or RSD ≤ 1.0%
Note: The standard deviation or uncertainty shall not exceed the sample standard deviation.
3. Sensitivity: 0.01ppm
4. Analysis time: usually around 4 minutes
5. Sample weighing: Generally 1g, the sample weight can be adjusted according to the sample content.
6. Pulse furnace: current 0-1500A, power: 7.5KVA, maximum temperature above 3000 ℃. Multiple program heating methods: constant power heating, slope heating. Multiple crucible designs for different sample release situations, in addition to standard crucibles
7. Carrier gas: oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analysis: high-purity helium gas, high-purity argon gas (high-purity argon gas can be replaced for high oxygen samples)
8. Power supply: 220VAC ± 10%, 50/60Hz, maximum current 50A.
