1、 Product Description

The semiconductor refrigeration insect detection and reporting lamp is specially developed for agricultural and forestry insect detection and reporting. The lamp uses modern light, electricity, and numerical control technology to achieve functions such as ultra-low temperature freezing treatment of insect bodies, automatic spreading and scattering of insects, automatic photo uploading, and automatic operation of the entire lamp. In the absence of supervision, it can automatically complete system operations such as insect attraction, dispersal, photography, and collection. Multiple sensor interfaces such as wind speed and direction, environmental temperature and humidity, and lighting can be added, and data can be uploaded through 4G/5G to monitor the relationship between the environment and pests and diseases. Widely used in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, vegetables, tobacco, tea, medicinal herbs, gardens, orchards, urban greening, quarantine and other fields.


2、 Performance characteristics

1. Meet the safety and technical requirements of GB/T 24689.1-2009 standard for insect detection and alarm lights in plant protection machinery.

4. Color 7-inch Chinese LCD capacitive touch screen operation; Can be set and controlled in different time periods, both automatic and manual photography are available; Intelligent control of Android system.

5. The test light is equipped with a 1200W pixel camera image acquisition device, which can capture the real-time situation of insects on the conveyor belt through the camera. The clarity of the captured images can meet the requirements for manual identification of insect species.

6. The insect bodies are evenly scattered and laid flat on the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt can accurately deliver all the collected insect bodies to the high-definition camera shooting area, and perform vibration dispersion and leveling treatment on the collected insect bodies to ensure that the characteristics of each insect body are clearly captured.

7. Remote setting of working mode, wireless photography and remote setting of terminal device parameters.

8. Equipped with an automatic cleaning device, it can transport the captured insect bodies away from the shooting area.

9. Various instruments and data alarm parameters can be remotely uploaded to a remote server through the network for easy maintenance and management.

10. Built in GPS positioning function, view device site and other data in the map, and track device theft.

11. Adopting ultra-low temperature freezing insecticidal technology, the freezing temperature can be adjusted, with a freezing temperature of ≤ -18 degrees.

12. The integrity rate of the insect body after ultra-low temperature freezing treatment shall not be less than 99%.

13. Insect lure light source: 20W insect lure lamp tube, main wavelength 365nm, lamp tube start-up time: less than 5 seconds.
